Bryan Tufts

Bryan has spent 34 years working in the construction industry and is thoroughly familiar with all phases of construction, having performed the roles of Estimator, Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Executive, and Vice President. Over the years, Bryan has developed a love for multifamily and a desire to focus exclusively on building apartment projects. Prior to joining Domain Builders as Sr. Vice President of Operations, Bryan spent the last nine years starting the Houston Multifamily Division for Arch-Con Construction. In the role of Division Vice President, Bryan was responsible for business development, preconstruction, estimating, construction, and overall management of the multifamily division. During those nine years, Bryan procured and managed over $800 million in projects, totaling 4,500 new apartment units. Bryan has built all types of multifamily projects, including an 18-story midrise, podium projects (7 to 9 stories), multifamily wraps, mixed-use, garden-style, and BTR projects. His projects have included cast-in-place, wood frame, and load-bearing metal stud structures, with cast-in-place and precast garages. Over his entire construction career, Bryan has constructed over $1.1 billion in multifamily projects and 6,800 total units.

Bryan has worked on a wide range of project types, including hospitals, football stadium expansions, performing arts centers, convention centers, schools, museums, and multifamily developments. In total, Bryan has completed over $1.4 billion in construction work. Through his wide range of experience, Bryan can develop a thorough plan to guide a project from the conceptual stage through construction and completion. He strives to develop project teams that fully understand the project and are driven to deliver high-quality results on time and on budget.

Bryan is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Science and has been a resident of Houston, Texas for the last 23 years. In his spare time, Bryan enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and traveling.
