Units range from studios to three-bedroom layouts and include ample surface parking and five detached garages. The building facades are composed of fiber-cement siding and brick veneer. Clubhouse features include an arcade room, bullpen room, resident break room, theater room, offices, fitness center, and mail room. Site amenities include private yards, a swimming pool courtyard, a beer garden courtyard, and a dog park. The development also includes three on-site trash enclosures with recycling facilities.
