Units range from studios to three-bedroom layouts and include surface parking, detached garages, and carports. The building facades are composed of brick and fiber cement siding. Clubhouse features include a fitness center, back-office area, clubroom, theatre room, arcade room, business center, and mail room. Site amenities include a swimming pool, volleyball court, and dog park.
