The Residences at Metropark
Designed by JHP Architecture | Urban Design, PC for Metropark Multifamily, Ltd. (The Residences at Metropark, LLC), The Residences at Metropark offers 264,316 square feet of total livable space across 307units within a 6-acre development. Units range from studios to three-bedroom layouts. This project consists of two four-story buildings flanking a central five-level precast parking garage with a pedestrian bridge, three elevators, and trash chutes. The building façade includes Portland cement plastering, fiber-cement rain screen, and brick veneer. Interior amenities include a retail space, a fitness room, clubroom, dog wash, mail room, offices, package room, work room, bike storage room, lounge, and conferences. Site amenities include a swimming pool, outdoor kitchen with gas grills, courtyard shade structures, game tables, cornhole, a fire pit, concrete seat walls, and cabanas.
Domain Benbrook
Designed by HLR Architects, Inc. for Domain Benbrook Property, LCC (City Street Residential Partners), Benbrook Project offers 337,682 square feet of total livable space across 374 units within a 29-acre development. Units range from studios to three-bedroom layouts and include surface parking, tuck-under garages, and carports. This project consists of stand-alone one-story clubhouse, one maintenance building, and eleven three-story multifamily apartment buildings. The building façade includes fiber-cement siding, stucco, and brick veneer. Clubhouse features include a parcel room, mail room, break room, lounge, clubroom, fitness room, and a clubroom kitchen. Site amenities include a swimming pool, dog park, fire pits, a BBQ grill island, a cabana, a double-sided gas fireplace, and a cantilever umbrella.
The Woodlofts
Designed by EDI International, Inc. for Woodlofts Shenandoah, Ltd., The Woodlofts Apartments offers 191,762 square feet of total livable space across 229 units, from studios to three-bedroom layouts, along with a six-level precast parking garage. The clubhouse features a yoga room, fitness room, workroom, conference room, Wi-Fi lounge, bar lounge, media lounge, and mailroom. Site amenities include a resort-style pool, BBQ and fire pit area, outdoor lounge pavilion, dog park, and monument wall. The-parking garage also includes EV charging ports.
Hudson Crossing
Designed by Meek+ Partners for Pelican Builders and Rockefeller Group, Katy Kingsland offers 259,765square feet of total livable space across 298 units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom layouts, with four elevators, tuck-under garages, and surface parking. The building facades are composed of fiber-cement siding, brick veneer, and stucco. The clubhouse features offices, a work room, a business center, a package room, a mail lounge, a clubroom, a fitness room, a yoga room, and a stunning multi-trunk faux oak tree in our lobby measuring 14 feet tall by 10 feet wide. Site amenities include a pool, BBQ and fire pit area, courtyard, and dog park.
Domain Huntsville
Designed by EDI International for Domain Huntsville Property, LLC (City Street Residential), Huntsville Project consists of a single-story clubhouse and eleven three-story wood-frame apartment buildings totaling 312units within a 34-acre development, including detached garages and carports. The clubhouse features a mailroom, leasing lobby, co-working space, fitness room, and game room. Site amenities include a pool, horseshoe and cornhole courts, a BBQ and fire pit area, and arbors.
Avelyn Manor
Designed by Steinberg Dickey Collaborative LLP for Manor Apartments, LLC, Avelyn Manor consists of a single-story clubhouse and leasing building, seven three-story wood-frame apartment buildings containing 264 units. The clubhouse features a mailroom, a game arcade, an Amazon package facility, a resident break room, and a fitness center. Site amenities include a resort style pool and courtyard, an adjacent dog park, and a beer garden with an outdoor game area located in another courtyard. Ample surface parking is provided, including EV charging ports, in addition to six detached garages and twelve carport structures.Three on-site trash and recycling enclosures are also provided.
Cross Creek Ranch
Designed by Steinberg Dickey Collaborative LLP for VR Cross Creek Ranch Limited Partnership (Venterra Realty), Cross Creek Ranch Apartment Project comprises 375,813 square feet of gross building space with312 units from studios to two-bedroom layouts. This project consists of eight three-story wood-frame, garden-style multifamily apartment buildings with a separate one-story clubhouse/leasing facility. Site amenities include one pool court and one dog park. Ample surface parking is available, along with both detached and attached garages, carports, and convenient access to nearby trails, parks, and expansive green spaces.
The Verge at Summer Park
Designed by Gonzalez, Newell, Bender, Inc. for VASP 1, Ltd./13.2 Rosenberg, Ltd. (Buckhead Investment Partners), The Verge at Summer Park Apartments consists of a stand-alone one-story clubhouse and twelve three-story wood frame, garden-style multifamily apartment buildings, totaling 291 units within a 12-acre development. Units range from studios to three-bedroom layouts and include surface parking, detached and tuck-under garages, and carports. The building facades are composed of simulated stone, stucco, and fiber-cement siding. Pitched roofs with composition shingles top the structures. Clubhouse features include a fitness room, yoga room, mail room, business center room, leasing lobby, work room, community room, and parlor/TV room. Site amenities include a yard game court, arbors, a trellis, a swimming pool, and BBQ grills.
Whisper (Avelyn San Marcos)
Designed by Steinberg Dickey Collaborative, LLP for Whisper Phase I, LLC/W2 Real Estates Partners, WhisperApartments consists of a stand-alone one-story clubhouse and nine three-story wood frame, garden-style multifamily apartment buildings, totaling 264 units. Units range from studios to three-bedroom layouts and include ample surface parking and five detached garages. The building facades are composed of fiber-cement siding and brick veneer. Clubhouse features include an arcade room, bullpen room, resident break room, theater room, offices, fitness center, and mail room. Site amenities include private yards, a swimming pool courtyard, a beer garden courtyard, and a dog park. The development also includes three on-site trash enclosures with recycling facilities.
Alamo Residences at Spurs Lane

Fry & Tuckerton
Designed by Meeks + Partners Co. for VR Fry Tuckerton Limited Partnership (Venterra Living), Fry & Tuckerton Project consists of a single-story clubhouse and twelve three-story apartment buildings offering 308,096square feet of total livable space across 336 units, ranging from studios to two-bedroom layouts, within a 12-acre development that includes five detached garages and carports. The clubhouse features a fitness room, mailroom, formal clubroom, leasing lounge, offices, conference rooms, nano conference rooms, a package room, workroom, and a kitchen lounge. Site amenities include fireplace, pavers, wood pergolas, BBQ grills, a dog park, curved accent walls and a fountain.
Domain Heights
Designed by Steinberg Design Collaborative LLP for Domain Heights, LLC (City Street Residential Partners), The Heights offers 333,314 square feet of total livable space across 408 units, ranging from studios to two-bedroom layouts, with a six-level precast parking garage. Located within Houston’s 610 Loop, this project features three thoughtfully designed courtyards with resort-style amenities, including a swimming pool, grill islands, teahouse with wood deck, horseshoe and cornhole courts, bocce ball court, arbors, cabanas, fireplaces, hammocks, sail structures and trees reaching up to 24 feet in height. The clubhouse provides elevated resident experience with a full-service mailroom, game room, resident lounge, workroom, state-of-the-art fitness center with mezzanine level, yoga studio, sky lounge, and golf simulator.
Domain Town Center
Designed by Steinberg Design Collaborative, LLP for DomainTown Center, LLC (City Street Residential Partners), Domain Town Center includes 352 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom layouts. The clubhouse features a fitness room, clubroom, theater room, work room, two offices, Wi-Fi lounge, arcade, and mailroom. Site amenities include a dog park with a covered cabana and a pool and lazy river courtyard with six covered outdoor arbors. Parking options include surface parking, tuck under garages, carports, and detached garages. The building facades are composed of brick, stucco, and fiber cement siding.
The Winward at Telge Crossing
Designed by W Partnerships, Inc. for i3 Interests, TheWindward at Telge Crossing consists of a two-story clubhouse and six three-story apartment buildings, offering 289,540 square feet of total livable space across303 units.
