Rick Craig

Rick is the CEO of CityStreet Residential Partners. With his 40+ years of multifamily development experience, Rick oversees all operations of the company. Prior to starting CityStreet, Rick was the chief multifamily development executive of Simmons Vedder Partners. Rick’s extensive multifamily experience dates back to 1985 and includes work with Finger Companies, Trammell Crow Residential, Gables Residential Trust, and Simmons Vedder Partners. Over the years, Rick has managed the development of 6,000+ multifamily units in all major Texas markets. He is intimately familiar with the full spectrum of development, including site acquisition, entitlements, design, construction, lease-up, and financing. His projects have won both local and national awards, including Best Development by a REIT. Rick is a graduate of the University of Georgia and is an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, Houston Apartment Association, and Memorial Park Conservancy. He also serves on the Board of Directors for New Hope Housing, which provides permanent housing with support services to people who live on very limited incomes.
