Kim Sprague

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Kim Sprague brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and hands-on expertise to Domain Builders as Vice President of Construction. She has led projects from small renovations to large ground-up buildings in the areas of multifamily, healthcare, higher education, and hospitality. For the past ten years, Kim has focused on multifamily projects, where she has overseen various types, including podium, multifamily wraps, mixed-use, garden-style, and BTR projects.

Throughout her career, she has been involved in over $850 million in construction projects. Kim enjoys working closely with owners and design teams to provide guidance and transparency with budgets and constructability. It is also her goal to create positive team environments throughout the course of construction to achieve successful projects for all involved. Additionally, Kim graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Environmental Design and a Master of Science in Construction Management.
