Units range from studios to two-bedroom layouts and include surface parking, detached garages, and carports. The building facades are composed of brick, stucco, and fiber-cement lap siding. Clubhouse features include a work room, arcade room, business center, mail room, resident break room, and fitness room. Site amenities include private yards, BBQ grill islands, a pool, arbor, cabanas, horseshoe court, washer game court, fire pit, dog park and beer garden courtyard.
